What is an RTO Partnership?

A partner is someone who delivers training under a third party agreement with Allens Training Pty Ltd whilst running their own business operations.

We don’t believe in handcuff agreements forcing you to stay when you don’t want to. We just deliver what we promise, so you don’t need to look elsewhere. All Partners are required to sign and agree to our 'Service Agreement' prior to the partnership being approved. However, there are no clauses that lock you in so that you can't leave. The Service Agreement simply sets out each parties roles and responsibilities.

What does Allens Training Pty Ltd do for their partners?

We provide a simple and efficient solution to allow you to deliver nationally recognised training in the areas of first aid, health & safety, construction & industry, and fire & emergency. For an approved Allens Training Pty Ltd Partner (third party co-provider), the process of delivering high-quality courses to generate income, or save your organisation money, is simple.

In today's ever-changing business and training environment, it is becoming increasingly difficult to keep abreast of regulations, legislation and other training compliance requirements. Allens take control of this for you and when you join to become a partner of this family oriented business, you will be provided continual support.

We take care of the compliance requirements and accreditation so you can focus on delivering excellence in training and time to grow your business.

  • We have no lock-in contracts, so we can only continue to grow and be successful if our Partners stay happy.

  • We share the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) priorities, and work hard to ensure that students, employers and industry have assurance that students undertaking training with our Partners are confident and job ready.

  • We have a reputation in the industry as an RTO that works hard to ensure standards are exceeded, and we will enter genuine partnerships with organisations and trainers that also want the best for their students.

While you deliver the best training, and focus on your students, we deliver support through high quality and easy to follow online systems, together with training and advice to guide you through the process.

Approved Partners have access to everything required to deliver training, including training resources such as session plans and PowerPoint presentations.

You have access to an online portal that enables you to manage your training from start to finish. Course bookings, student enrolments, course paperwork, certificates, sending student renewal reminders, and a range of other business support tools - are all managed in the one location.

Ongoing support is always available, as we have a secure online platform to create ongoing communication and opportunities to network and collaborate with our expanding network of Trainers and Partners.

We believe it is this network of experts that enables our Partners to thrive through the sharing of industry news and trends, ideas, and strategies to continually grow and improve. We work as a family and achieve excellence in the industry, together.
